L-谷氨酰胺以生理鹽水或粉末形式提供（15－605G）。L-谷氨酰胺是細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的必需氨基酸。通常培養(yǎng)基中L-谷氨酰胺濃度為292 mg/L或2 mM。L-谷氨酰胺長(zhǎng)期存放不穩(wěn)定（除非冷凍）。需分裝后冷凍。L-谷氨酰胺在培養(yǎng)基中穩(wěn)定性主要取決于溫度。

Lonza test data for long-term storage indicates that the L-glutamine concentration is reduced by approximay 2-3% per month in tissueculture medium stored at 2?C-8?C. However, basal medium containing L-glutamine supports cell growth for up to 24 months when stored in refrigerated conditions.
