TeSR™2 Medium產(chǎn)品介紹：
TeSR™2無動(dòng)物蛋白培養(yǎng)基成份*，不含有動(dòng)物蛋白，無血清，化學(xué)成份明確，設(shè)計(jì)用于在無飼養(yǎng)層條件培養(yǎng)未分化人胚胎干細(xì)胞和多能干細(xì)胞。 TeSR™2（基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基+5X補(bǔ)充培養(yǎng)基和+250X補(bǔ)充培養(yǎng)基）包含重組人成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子(rh bFGF)和重組人轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子β(rh TGFβ)，使用時(shí)無需添加其它生長因子。TeSR™2是mTeSR™1的升級(jí)版，成份更明確，更接近人體內(nèi)細(xì)胞生長環(huán)境，可用于基礎(chǔ)研究、干細(xì)胞庫、高 通量研究和臨床應(yīng)用等。TeSR™2(05880)為10組包裝，每組500ml。

TeSR™2 is the new and improved version of mTeSR™1 which provides the same high-quality and robust system for feeder-independent maintenance of human ES cells and iPS cells while enabling a more defined and humanized culture environment for basic research, stem cell banking, high-throughput studies and clinical applications. Closely related to mTeSR™1, the most-published medium for the culture of human ES and iPS cells without feeders, TeSR™2 combines the advantages of a feeder-independent culture system with the added value of being free of animal proteins.
